Please read before installing or using any PurrVista product.

Responsible use

Pet furniture and elevated pet products involve inherent risks. You are responsible for determining whether the product and mounting location are suitable for your pet and home, following all installation instructions, and using the product only as intended.

Fit and installation

Confirm that the mounting surface, windowsill, cabinet, bedside edge, or other support is compatible before use. Install and tighten all components as directed. Do not modify the product or use substitute hardware. Never exceed the published weight limit.

Inspection and supervision

Inspect the product before each use and periodically during continued use. Stop use immediately if any component is loose, worn, cracked, damaged, unstable, or no longer fits securely. Supervise your pet during initial use and whenever circumstances make supervision appropriate.

Assumption of risk and limitation of liability

By purchasing, installing, or using a PurrVista product, you acknowledge that pet products can involve risks of falls, injury, veterinary expenses, and property damage. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, PurrVista is not responsible for injury, loss, veterinary costs, or property damage resulting from improper installation, misuse, modification, unsuitable mounting surfaces, failure to inspect or maintain the product, exceeding published limits, or use contrary to instructions.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits any liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited under applicable law.

Stop use if uncertain

If you are unsure whether the product is securely installed, compatible with your mounting surface, or appropriate for your pet, do not allow your pet to use it until the issue is resolved.
