These Terms of Service govern your use of PurrVista and purchases made through our store. By accessing the store or placing an order, you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy, Shipping information, 15-Day Return Policy, Fit Guide, and Safety & Use Terms.
Store and product information
We aim to present product descriptions, photographs, prices, dimensions, materials, compatibility information, and availability accurately. Certain technical specifications and capacity figures may be supplied by third-party manufacturers or fulfillment partners and are identified as supplier-listed where appropriate. We may correct errors, update information, or cancel an order if material information is incorrect or an item is unavailable.
Orders and payment
Submitting an order is an offer to purchase. We may accept, decline, or cancel an order where reasonably necessary, including for suspected fraud, pricing or inventory errors, payment issues, shipping restrictions, or product unavailability. You agree to provide current and accurate billing, shipping, and contact information.
Pricing
Prices are shown in the currency displayed at checkout. Applicable taxes are calculated as required. Promotions and prices may change without notice before an order is placed.
Shipping and returns
PurrVista currently ships within the United States. Standard shipping is free unless otherwise stated at checkout. Delivery timing can vary with fulfillment availability and is not guaranteed unless expressly stated. Returns and refunds are governed by our 15-Day Return Policy.
Pet safety, fit, and installation
Pet furniture and elevated pet products require proper fit, installation, inspection, maintenance, and supervision. Before use, confirm the product and mounting surface are compatible, follow all included instructions, secure all components, and inspect the product for stability and damage. Do not exceed published limits or use a product that is loose, worn, damaged, modified, or unstable. Review our Fit Guide and Safety & Use Terms before use.
Acceptable use
You may not misuse the store, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, submit fraudulent orders, or use store content in violation of applicable law or intellectual-property rights.
Intellectual property
PurrVista branding, original copy, graphics, layout, and other store content are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Third-party trademarks and materials remain the property of their respective owners. No rights are granted except the limited right to use the store for personal shopping and lawful purposes.
Disclaimer and limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, PurrVista is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss arising from use of the store or products, or for injury, veterinary expense, property damage, or loss caused by improper installation, unsuitable mounting surfaces, misuse, modification, failure to inspect or maintain a product, exceeding published limits, or use contrary to instructions. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited.
Third-party services
Our store is hosted by Shopify and may use third-party payment, fulfillment, shipping, analytics, and other service providers. Their services may be subject to separate terms and policies.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The version posted on the store at the time of your purchase applies to that transaction unless applicable law requires otherwise.
